After basically ignoring the whole idea for the past 4 years, I decided that for 2016 I would give it another shot.
New Year’s Resolutions...ugggg.
In the past, I made resolutions that involved giving something up. Excessive shopping, chocolates, swearing, you know, the usual bad habits we all struggle with from time to time. Some years, I resolved to be more organized or stop procrastinating. I am sure you’ve been there too.
For 2016, I am doing something different and, therefore, have come up with my New Year’s Resolution Solution. It is quite simple, really + you might want to give it a try.
I RESOLVE TO DO THE FOLLOWING IN 2016
- Make a list of friends I want to dine with + get the date on the calendar immediately
- Write down the name of one person I am grateful for each morning. Express that gratitude in some simple way.
- Send an “I am thankful for you because…”card/note to one friend each day
